Inspire Play Inc. is passionate about creating inclusive, Canadian-made playgrounds that bring communities together. We work closely with organizations to design spaces that reflect their vision—ensuring all children and caregivers feel included. We believe that when communities help shape their own play spaces filled with imagination , it fosters pride, connection, and lasting impact. Founded in 2014 by Christina Venchiarutti-Doracin, Inspire Play draws on Christina’s deep roots in construction and decades of experience in sales and has grown to include project managers Natalie Catania and Julie Mellany along with administrative assistant Dina Iskandar. Our mission is powerful: to inspire play for all.

Laura Gillians is the founder of All In Recreation, a company dedicated to creating meaningful play for people of all ages and abilities. With a Psychology degree from the University of Waterloo and a focus on children with Autism, Laura brings a thoughtful, inclusive lens to every design, promoting active play for children of all ages . As a mom of two young children, she lives and breathes play—carefully selecting play equipment to support a wide range of needs and abilities. Founded in 2017, All In Recreation proudly offers Canadian-made equipment known for its quality, durability, and commitment to inclusive, accessible fun for everyone.
Zach Zubrecki
Meet Zach, a dedicated playground consultant with Blue Imp head office since 2018. With a management degree from Mount Royal University, Zach brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project, from design consultation to post-installation check-ins. He’s led successful builds across southeast Alberta and into remote regions like the Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and Northern Ontario—helping clients navigate unique challenges where resources are limited. When he’s not planning playgrounds, Zach’s likely out golfing or enjoying an adventure with his wife and their energetic black lab.
