We arrived fashionably late to the Turner Park project and within a just a couple of months were able to design and install what has already become a new favourite in the City of Medicine Hat. The City had  undertaken a major renovation to this park, including trails, seating and shade, but had opted to keep the late 90’s playground already on site. In conjunction with a local architect and landscaping company, we came together and convinced the City to upgrade the playground in addition to these other upgrades. And boy, it did not disappoint. This revitalized park now features the first-ever Zoomerang Zipline which has been a complete hit ever since the construction fence came down. Lineups formed, with kids of all ages eagerly waiting to use the zipline and the joy that was shown by the kids at the park was unmatched. Other key features of the design included a complete playground in bright hues of magenta, electric blue and lime green along with the We Rock E-Z, an inclusive multi-user rocker, our Satellite spinner and swings with two accessible seats. We also included loads of ground-level play to stimulate imagations and provide a setting for calmer activities. From the initial consultation in early June to complete installation by late August, this project went smoothly from start to finish and the result is a vibrant park that residents across the city will enjoy.
